Software Requirements Gathering and Specifications (SRS) Development: This is one of our insurmountable expertise. Gathering and detailing requirements, creating detailed specifications for the system, based on the requirements and on further analysis with project stakeholders. Artefact such as Use Cases, GUI Designs, Non-Functional Requirements, Data Elements, and Business Rules will be created. Depending on project type, a Specifications Proof of Concept will be developed as part of the process to help resolve unclear requirements.
Solution Architecture: Creating high-level design for the system which includes Conceptual Architectural, Logical Architecture, and the Physical Architectures of the Production, Disaster Recovery, Staging, and Development environments. In-depth expertize at resolving risks arising in the architecture during design, implementation, and testing an Architectural Proof of Concept.
